The DMZ Peace Life Garden

The DMZ Peace Life Garden in Korea was created with the aim of properly recognizing and preserving the ecological environment, history, and culture of the DMZ area, while globalizing the value of the DMZ as a home of peace and life. This place is operated as a systematic educational space to promote the value of the DMZ through ecological and security experience education related to the DMZ. It is carrying out active activities such as conducting a comprehensive survey of the entire DMZ and border areas at the Gangwon-do level, conducting a DMZ Peace Life Movement, and holding a DMZ Peace Life Culture Festival. In the exhibition hall here, you can see the meaning and historical background of the DMZ, the nature and ecological environment near the DMZ, and various training programs related to the DMZ are held.
